By admin @ September 07, 2011 - 7:37 pmThere are a whole host of ways to get support for AdaptCMS. The first method that should be mentioned is right inside your script! Head to your admin page and login then check the top menu bar, as of the time of this writing it's the 4th menu option between "Share" and "Your Profile". From there you can submit a support ticket and along with email is the fastest way to get a response.
Contact Form The next fastest is through our contact form. Submitting a general support question or something more generalized such as feedback or suggestions for AdaptCMS. This is sent to our email and being checked on extremely often throughout the day even when at work. The first option is recommended however for general adaptcms issues or questions
Forums Another support method is right through the Insane Visions forums. There you can also get feedback or help from not just our staff but community members alike. This is a good place for suggestions that you may want others thoughts on or input.
Instant Messenger This is the best option if you'd really like to have a conversation with us personally, for example if you have numerous ideas you'd like to share and discuss it would be easier than say through e-mail. You can also find the instant messenger handles at the contact page, any will work though gtalk is preferable of the three
